When you request a kitchen design or quotation we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, any company details you give us, the answers you provide about your kitchen and any files you upload (plans, sketches, photographs or quotations).

How we use it

We use this information to design and quote your kitchen, to contact you about that enquiry, and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional offers. We do not sell your information.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry details are stored in our secure enquiry database and any files you upload are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only authorised Trade Kitchen Supplier staff can open your record or your files. Details may be shared with suppliers or delivery partners only where that is necessary to design, quote or fulfil your order.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records and uploaded plans are kept while your enquiry or order is active and for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form quoting your enquiry reference.
