Quotations

Kitchen designs and quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotations are based on the measurements and information supplied and remain valid for the period stated on the document.

Orders and deposits

An order is confirmed once the design is approved and the stated deposit is received. Any change to the specification after that point may affect price and lead time.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times depend on the range and specification chosen and are confirmed with your quotation. Delivery dates are booked in advance and someone must be available to receive and check the delivery.

Cancellation rights

Consumers ordering at a distance have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law. Those rights do not normally apply to goods made or finished to your own specification, such as a kitchen built to your design. Your cancellation position is confirmed in writing with your quotation before any deposit is taken.

Pricing

The same published pricing applies to trade and public customers. Any additional arrangement for repeat or multi-kitchen projects is agreed and confirmed in writing on your quotation before you order.

Measurements

Where measurements are supplied by the customer, the customer remains responsible for their accuracy. We will always flag anything that looks inconsistent before production.
